Security Professionalism and Excellence Award (SPEA)
We are delighted to announce an incredible milestone achieved by our team on
January 14, 2025. The
Dubai Security Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA) organized its annual
Security Professionalism and Excellence Award (SPEA) ceremony, a prestigious event that recognizes outstanding contributions to the security industry.
This year, over 350 participants were nominated for their remarkable achievements and dedication to excellence in security. Out of these nominees, three individuals were honored with awards for their exceptional contributions across three categories:
Elite Profession Award,
Outstanding Award, and
Excellence Award. We are proud to announce that
Ms. Marian Panganiban, one of our exemplary employees from the
AlNajma Alfareeda International Security Team, received the
Outstanding Award.
The award ceremony was held at the
Al Multaqua Ballroom, Dubai World Trade Centre, during the
Intersec Security Exhibition & Conference, from
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The event was a vibrant celebration of professionalism and innovation in the security sector, bringing together industry leaders, professionals, and stakeholders.
We are also pleased to share that our
CEO Jamal Haja,
Excellence Head Abuthahir,
Security Head Kiren,
Customer Care Head Satham Hussain, and
Group Operation Head Ahmed Jalal participated in the ceremony. They extended warm wishes and congratulations to Ms. Marian Panganiban for her outstanding achievement.
